Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, and Tempe are all great communities where growth has exploded the past 30 years. Attracting numerous tech companies, Chandler has been the home of Intel and affiliated companies for several years and is now a nationwide leader in autonomous vehicle technology. Gilbert and Mesa are running right alongside, attracting large corporations with new affordable housing and incredible schools. Tempe is the home of Arizona State University, recently ranked number one for innovation and attracts talent from around the globe. Near the campus, housing is mainly high rise condos, both economical and luxury. South Tempe is known for its established neighborhoods, many featuring horse property.
